About Us

We started Ergodic with a straightforward idea: AI should work for people, not slow them down.

Whether you're managing supply chains for a manufacturer or leading ad sales at a publisher, you know how tough it is to stay on top of everything. Making decisions with confidence, when every moment brings more data, can feel impossible.

We are drowning in content & data, but starved of knowledge.

The tools we have now?

Organisations across every sector still rely on data wrangling in spreadsheets and static dashboards to run their organisation. Sure, they’re great at bringing data together to show what happened last month. But what about what to do next month? What’s the best path forward, and what will actually move the needle?

What about AI?

Predictive AI and generative AI are exciting, no doubt. But let's be honest—they come with their limitations (and we won’t talk about the shortage of skilled data scientists to develop them). They predict what might happen or complete the next word in a sentence, but try getting a clear, actionable answer out of them for a "what-if" or "what-should-we-do-next" question. It gets messy fast.

We created Ergodic because we think an AI that can answer these types of questions won’t just be nice to have; it will become table stakes across every industry.

By removing the manual data grind and surfacing concrete actions to decision-makers to accelerate critical choices  —while keeping actions under human control—people can be freed to focus on what truly matters: solving problems, creating new things, and driving progress.

That requires a change in approach: we’re building toward that future with a new type of AI we call Enterprise World Models.

Founders

Zubair Magrey
Zubair is the CEO of Ergodic. He was previously the general manager for the marketing vertical at an AI startup. He spent most of his career building and selling data and AI solutions x-industry at Accenture.

He holds a degree in Computer Science.
Andre Franca
Andre is the CTO of Ergodic. He was the VP of R&D at an AI startup where he led the science and product development agenda. Before this, he led and scaled the commercial data science function and was the technical lead on customer engagements.

Andre was a senior quant at Goldman Sachs & was head of the global FX team in MRM.

He holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics from LMU Munich.
Andrej Nikonov
Andrej is the CSO of Ergodic. He previously built and sold his AI startup, Cognostics, to Cloudflight in 2021.

Andrej holds an MSc in Physics from Cambridge and a PhD in Graph Theory (in defence) from LMU.
