Nucleus Research has named Ergodic in its 2026 Control Tower Technology Value Matrix. Here's how we're working in supply chain.
We're pleased to share that Ergodic has been recognised in Nucleus Research's 2026 Control Tower Technology Value Matrix, published on September 1. Nucleus places us in its Core Provider quadrant, evaluated next to platforms that large supply chain teams have run on for years.

The report says the strongest control towers will be the ones that can tell which disruptions matter, connect them to business consequences, and help teams respond in near real time or anticipate issues before they hit operations. That's the problem we're working on.
How we work in supply chain
Ergodic builds Enterprise World Models. For a supply chain, that means a live model of the operation: inventory positions, the capacity that's available in practice, supplier lead times and the open orders that depend on them. A context graph ties it together by recording what depends on what.
Because the model captures cause and effect, a decision agent can run the what-if before anyone commits. What happens to service levels if we switch suppliers? What does a tier-2 failure do to next month's orders? The agent shows the trade-offs with its reasoning attached, so planners can check the logic before they act.
When something does break, the context graph shows which parts of the network are connected to it. The agent replans that part and leaves the rest of the chain alone.
